Terms of Use

1. Use of the App

sentriON provides mobile security tools including web protection, ad blocking, identity-leak monitoring, device security checks, battery health insights and SMS filtering. You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, sell or lease any part of the App except as permitted by law.

3. No guarantee of absolute security

The App helps you identify and reduce security and performance risks, but no tool can guarantee complete protection against all threats. sentriON's scores, alerts and recommendations are provided for informational purposes and do not replace your own judgment or good security practices.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to violate any law, infringe the rights of others, interfere with or disrupt the App or its infrastructure, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data.

5. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, text, graphics, logos and software, is owned by PixelForgeStudio OÜ or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or branding.

6. Third-party services

Certain features may rely on third-party services (for example, breach-lookup data sources). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or content of third-party services, which may be governed by their own terms.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelForgeStudio OÜ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms or where necessary to protect the App or its users. You may stop using the App at any time.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Estonia, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.
